Lymington mansions
Lymington mansions is a five storey victorian mansion block in West Hampstead, London.
The project involved the complete refurbishment of the building and the contruction of new floor providing three additional luxary penthouse flats in addition to the twelve existing flats.
The services installtion included new incoming services, above ground drainage and lift installation as well as new fitouts for the new and existing flats. The phasing of the work was a particular challenge since many of the existing flats remained in occupation during the works.
