City & Guilds of London arts school
The City & Guilds of London Arts School is an independent arts school located in south London. It has been established for more than 100 years on the same site. The oldest part of the school is formed from six Georgian town houses on Kennington Park Road.
This 18th century part of the building has undergone extensive refurbishment over three yearly phases. The work has all been carried our during three successive summer holiday periods.
The main services elements include complete electrical re-wire and new modular heating systems.
